Camp hours are 8:30-3:30.

$1200 total for all three weeks - register and pay by February 28, 2025
Regular Registration:
$475 per week per child - register and pay by February 28, 2025
Late Registration:
$550 per week per child - register and pay after February 28, 2025

To reserve a spot in HCS summer camp, you must complete the form below and we must receive payment in full for the applicable rate. Filling out the form alone does not reserve a seat. Both the form and payment in full are needed.

All payments are nonrefundable and registrations nontransferable. Only pay when you are sure you plan to utilize HCS Camp. Even if HCS Camp has a waitlist, registration fees will not be refunded.

Late Pickup Fee - Children must be picked up no later than 3:30 unless otherwise announced. You will be charged a $50.00 late fee plus the cost of $50.00 per half hour for students picked up after 3:30. Payment is due at pick-up.

Camp is subject to a maximum of 50 children. We will close registration once we reach our limit.
