Registration Information for 2026

Camp Weeks:

Week 1: July 20 - July 24, 2026

Week 2: July 27 - July 31, 2026

Week 3: August 3 - August 7, 2026

Camp hours are 8:30-3:30. 

Our *tentative* calendar is here. Activities and trips are subject to change. The final calendar will be released in late spring 2026.

Cost: 

Full Camp Discount:

$1350 total for all three weeks - register and pay by February 27, 2026 

Regular Registration:

$525 per week per child - register and pay by February 27, 2026

Late Registration:

$600 per week per child - register and pay after February 27, 2026

Payment Details: 

To reserve a spot in HCS summer camp, you must complete the form below and we must receive payment in full for the applicable rate. Filling out the form alone does not reserve a seat. Both the form and payment in full are needed. 

All payments are nonrefundable and registrations nontransferable. Only pay when you are sure you plan to utilize HCS Camp. Even if HCS Camp has a waitlist, registration fees will not be refunded. 

Late Pickup Fee - Children must be picked up no later than 3:30 unless otherwise announced. You will be charged a $50.00 late fee plus the cost of $50.00 per half hour for students picked up after 3:30. Payment is due at pick-up.

Camp is subject to a maximum of 50 children.  We will close registration once we reach our limit.
